In our one hour H.I.I.T. class, we never judge how much weight you push or move. We’re simply happy you’re here. There is no standard, or certain goal you have to hit. Your only goal is to leave the class feeling you accomplished fitness for the day.

We don’t use a barbell, but we do use kettle-bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and plyo boxes to get a great, fast-paced workout. So be ready to build that cardiovascular endurance, and get that heart rate going. We don’t want you losing anything here except weight and life’s stressful matters!
